Saar informed Haimbe about the decision to open an Israeli Embassy in Zambia, saying: "Zambia is a friend of Israel, and this is an important step in strengthening our bilateral relations. This is part of the process of strengthening Israel's ties with African countries and one of our strategic goals for 2025. I invited my colleague to visit us soon."
