Jerusalem, July 6 (Hibya) – Israeli Foreign Minister Gideon Sa'ar met with Rwandan Foreign Minister Olivier Nduhungirehe in Jerusalem.

Following the meeting, Sa'ar said agreements had been signed to enhance cooperation between the two countries in the fields of development, innovation, and education. He noted that the agreements would further strengthen the partnership between Israel and Rwanda.
The bilateral meeting also addressed Israel's security challenges as well as the peace agreement signed between Rwanda and the Democratic Republic of the Congo under U.S. mediation. Both sides emphasized the importance of implementing the agreement for regional stability.
Sa'ar stated that Israel and Rwanda are two countries that have gone through difficult historical periods, stressing that both peoples have shown resilience and remain committed to building a better future for their citizens.
