Israeli Foreign Minister Gideon Saar congratulated Chile’s newly elected President Jose Antonio Kast Rist on his victory in the election.

In his statement, Saar said: “We congratulate Chile’s newly elected president, Jose Antonio Kast, on his impressive victory in the presidential election. This victory reflects the Chilean people’s desire for change.”

Conveying his best wishes to the president-elect, Saar concluded: “I wish the president-elect great success. I hope and believe that this change will also be reflected in the strengthening of relations between our countries and the advancement of cooperation between our peoples.”
