Sybiha: The only thing that never ends is Russian barbarism
Kyiv, March 24 (Hibya) – Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha made statements about Russia.
Ukrainian Foreign Minister Sybiha said that Russians often say the “Russian world” never ends anywhere.
Sybiha stated, “This is to display their disregard for borders and other nations. In reality, the only thing that never ends is Russian barbarism. Russia is not an ‘exceptional’ civilization; it is the absence of one.”
