Sybiha: We demand justice for abducted Ukrainian children
Kyiv, May 21 (Hibya) – Ukrainian Deputy Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha expressed support for a bipartisan resolution introduced in the U.S. Senate condemning the forced abduction and illegal deportation of Ukrainian children.
The resolution was introduced by Republican Senator Chuck Grassley and Democratic Senator Amy Klobuchar. Sybiha thanked both for their efforts.
“I am grateful to Senators Grassley and Klobuchar for introducing the bipartisan resolution condemning Russia’s abduction and forced displacement of Ukrainian children,” Sybiha stated.
He added, “Before any peace agreement is reached, all Ukrainian children abducted by Russia must be returned. Thank you for standing with Ukraine and our children. Justice and accountability must prevail.”
