According to the China Manned Space Engineering Office, the Shenzhou-17 spacecraft, after launching into orbit, docked with the forward segment of the station's Tianhe core module at 17:46 Beijing time.
The Shenzhou-17 spacecraft was launched into space from the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center at 11:14 Beijing time today.
The two crews, totaling six astronauts, will work and live together on the space station for approximately 4 days. The Shenzhou-16 crew will later return to Earth.
