Turkey bids farewell to EURO 2024


Berlin, July 7 (Hibya) - The national football team bid farewell to EURO 2024 after losing 2-1 to the Netherlands in the quarterfinals.

The national football team faced the Netherlands in the EURO 2024 quarterfinals.

In the 35th minute, Turkey took the lead 1-0 with a goal by Samet Akaydin.

In the 70th minute, Stefan de Vrij's goal for the Netherlands equalized the score, making it 1-1.

In the 76th minute, Cody Gakpo scored a goal, putting the Netherlands ahead 2-1.

With this result, the national football team bid farewell to EURO 2024 in the quarterfinals.
