Deniz polisinden Adalar çevresinde 'deniz taksi' denetimi

In a statement, JetBlue said: "The circumstances of how they accessed the aircraft remain under investigation. This is a heartbreaking situation, and we are committed to working closely with authorities to understand how this happened."

The plane landed at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood Airport and had last flown out of New York's John F. Kennedy Airport.

According to CNN, the airline said the bodies were discovered during a post-flight maintenance inspection following flight 1801 from New York on Tuesday. JetBlue added that it has launched an investigation into the circumstances of how the two individuals gained access to the plane.

The identities of the two individuals have not yet been confirmed, but they are believed to be Jamaican nationals.

This marks the second such incident in the United States in recent weeks. During the holiday period, a body was found in the wheel well of a United Airlines plane that landed in Honolulu after departing from Chicago. The airline reported that access to the wheel well of the Boeing 787-10 is only possible from the outside, and it remains unclear how or when the individual gained access.

Hiding in an aircraft's wheel well is extremely dangerous due to low oxygen levels and freezing temperatures at cruising altitudes. According to a 2011 FAA report, approximately 80% of individuals who hide in wheel wells or other external parts of an aircraft die during the flight.
