Ukrainian Foreign Minister Sybiha held talks with Polish and Moldovan counterparts
Kyiv, September 7 (Hibya) - Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha held a phone call with Polish Foreign Minister Radoslaw Sikorski and Moldova's Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Mihai Popșoi.
Ukrainian Foreign Minister Sybiha held his first phone call as minister with Polish Foreign Minister Radoslaw Sikorski.
Sybiha confirmed the strategic partnership between Ukraine and Poland and their good neighbourly relations, adding, "I thanked Poland for its support to Ukraine, updated Minister Sikorski on the situation at the front, and emphasized the importance of further strengthening Ukraine's defence capabilities."
Sybiha later spoke with his Moldovan counterpart, Mihai Popșoi, expressing gratitude for Moldova's solidarity and support.
Sybiha noted that they discussed ways to strengthen good neighbourly relations and work together on a joint EU accession agenda, adding, "We agreed to maintain close dialogue."
