UN Secretary-General Guterres commemorates victims of 2010 Haiti earthquake
New York, January 13 (Hibya) – United Nations (UN) Secretary-General António Guterres issued a memorial message on the anniversary of the 2010 Haiti earthquake.
UN Secretary-General Guterres recalled that 15 years have passed since the devastating earthquake in Haiti, which claimed the lives of hundreds of thousands of people.
Guterres noted that the UN family lost 102 colleagues in the earthquake, stating: "We remember the victims and continue to honor their legacy through our work."
