UNRWA contributes to the sanitation sector in Gaza
New York, May 6 (Hibya) – The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) reported that it contributes to the sanitation sector in Gaza.
The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) announced that it contributes to the cleaning and hygiene (sanitation) sector in Gaza.
The statement read: "In southern Gaza, to support displaced persons sheltered in UNRWA schools, portable toilet units were installed with the help of the UNRWA Humanitarian Fund. These units can be moved to different locations as needed. UNRWA contributes to 75% of the sanitation (cleaning and hygiene) sector in Gaza."
