UNRWA: Nearly half a million people at risk in flood-prone areas
New York, November 25 (Hibya) – The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) stated that nearly half a million people are at risk in flood-prone areas in Gaza.
In a statement issued by UNRWA, it was reported that the first winter rains in Gaza have brought even more suffering.
The statement highlighted that "Nearly half a million people are at risk in flood-prone areas." It added: "The situation will worsen with every raindrop, every bomb, every attack."
