USA: Houthis tried to hit a warship
Stockholm, June 2 (Hibya) - The militant Houthi movement, which controls most of Yemen, tried to hit the US warship USS Gravely in the Red Sea with two ballistic missiles last night.
According to the statement made by the American military central command Centcom on X, the ship's crew managed to destroy the missiles before they hit the boat.
Additionally, the United States shot down one drone and observed two launched drones crash into the sea.
On Saturday evening, the Houthi movement claimed responsibility for attacks on two US warships and three other vessels in the Red Sea and Indian Ocean, but sources did not independently confirm this.
