Vasquez held meeting with French MP Caroit
Panama, June 11 (Hibya) – Panama’s Foreign Minister Javier Martinez-Acha Vasquez met with Eleonore Caroit, Vice-Chair of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the French National Assembly.
Panama’s Foreign Minister Javier Martinez-Acha Vasquez held a bilateral meeting with French MP and Vice-Chair of the Foreign Affairs Committee, Eleonore Caroit.
Vasquez said they discussed Panama’s leadership in environmental matters, as well as progress recognized by France in financial transparency, criminal justice, and combating organized crime.
"These elements strengthen our international reputation. In line with our President’s vision, we also shared our application for OECD membership. This is a determined step towards stronger alignment with global standards and opening up new opportunities for sustainable development."
