Zelenski: First Peace Summit to Take Place on June 15-16 in Switzerland
Kyiv, May 3 (Hibya) - Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenski announced that the first Peace Summit would occur on June 15-16 at Burgenstock near Lucerne in Switzerland.
Ukrainian President Zelenski confirmed that the first Peace Summit will take place on June 15-16 at Burgenstock near the city of Lucerne in Switzerland, as agreed with Swiss President Viola Amherd, and announced that heads of state and government from all continents have been invited to the event.
Zelenski emphasized that the Summit, under the UN Charter and international law, will serve as a platform to discuss ways to achieve comprehensive, fair, and lasting peace in Ukraine, stating, "All invited states to the Summit have affirmed their commitment to these principles."
