Zelenski met with German Chancellor Scholz


Kyiv, May 9 (Hibya) - Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenski met with German Chancellor Olaf Scholz.

Zelenski thanked Scholz for approving his participation in the Peace Summit and added:

"I also thanked him for his efforts to achieve success. We have instructed our teams to work together to include as many countries as possible."

Zelenski provided Scholz with detailed information on the ground situation regarding the main directions:

"I am grateful to Germany for its significant contributions to strengthening our defence capabilities, particularly in bolstering our air defence. Every time Russia perpetrates terrorist attacks, German aid saves human lives."
