Zelensky: 150 of our firefighters are ready to intervene in California
Kyiv, January 13 (Hibya) – Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced that he has instructed rescue teams to prepare for possible participation in combating wildfires in California.
President Zelensky stated that he instructed Ukraine’s Interior Minister and diplomats to prepare rescue teams for possible participation in fighting wildfires in California.
Emphasizing that the situation there is extremely difficult and that Ukrainians can help Americans save lives, Zelensky added: "This is currently being coordinated, and we have offered our assistance to the American side through the relevant channels. At present, 150 of our firefighters are ready."
