Zelensky stated: "Everyone is interested in a strong and complete army. Everyone understands that maintaining and strengthening such an army is a shared responsibility. Ukraine cannot do this alone. Everyone realizes that at the current pace, Ukraine and Europe can be strengthened within five years. We think this is too long and too dangerous. Wartime has shown that this can be done faster, but everyone needs to act quickly."
