Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky delivered a speech at the Ukraine – Southeastern Europe Summit in Odesa.

Zelensky stated that Moscow does not see Ukraine as a country, but merely as a heap of resources and a military base for future invasions. "In our region, we all face the same source of destruction. Infrastructure cooperation is vital – in transportation, energy, communication, and digital systems. Russia’s war and the blockade of Ukrainian ports have shown us how crucial alternative routes through neighboring countries are. Thanks to you, we have these routes. But every country must be prepared for any crisis," he said.
