President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky announced that he received a report from Acting Air Force Commander Anatolii Kryvonozhko and Eastern Air Force Commander Ivan Terebukha on the measures taken to strengthen the defense, especially in the Sumy region.

Zelensky added: "In addition, I received a report from Chief of General Staff Oleksandr Syrskyi. Today, we visited the heroic 82nd Brigade together. During the meeting, the Chief of General Staff informed me about the general situation on the front, the most difficult directions, the progress of the Kursk operation, the supply of equipment and ammunition to the fronts, and the personnel status of the brigades."
