Kyiv, October 22 (Hibya) – Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky thanked the United Kingdom for providing an additional $3 billion in financial aid to support Ukraine's military needs.
In his statement, Zelensky expressed his gratitude to the United Kingdom for providing an additional $3 billion in financial aid to support Ukraine's military needs. Zelensky said: "This aid will be repaid with profits from frozen Russian assets."
Zelensky noted that this step makes the United Kingdom the first G7 country to contribute to the Extraordinary Revenue Acceleration mechanism, adding: "Once again, the United Kingdom shows its leadership and stands out as a true friend and partner of Ukraine."
