Zelensky reported that Russia deliberately targeted Ukraine's Kaniv and Dniester hydroelectric power plants.

Volodymyr Zelensky said, "After destroying the Kakhovka Hydroelectric Power Station, Russia aimed to repeat the ecological disaster in the Kherson region. This time, not only Ukraine but also Moldova is at risk. The waters will not stop at the border gates, and the Russian war will not stop unless it is stopped in time in Ukraine."
