Ukrainian President Zelensky highlighted that in various regions of Ukraine, in the rear, in border areas, despite everything brought by Russia’s terror, there are people ready 24/7 to reach the scene and provide any help as quickly as possible.

Zelensky emphasized that these include State Emergency Service workers, police officers, healthcare workers, volunteers – all those who stand firm despite danger and bring hope in the hardest times. "We, all Ukrainians, are deeply grateful to each of you who clear debris, extinguish fires, provide first aid, and most importantly, save lives after Russian attacks in our regions," Zelensky said.
