Abiy Ahmed Ali hosts South African President Ramaphosa
Addis Ababa, October 5 (Hibya) - Ethiopian Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed Ali expressed his pleasure over South African President Cyril Ramaphosa’s visit to Ethiopia and said they look forward to further strengthening relations between the two countries.
Ethiopian Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed Ali said he hosted South African President Cyril Ramaphosa in Ethiopia. Abiy thanked Ramaphosa for his congratulations on the day marking the celebration of the establishment of the Medemer Government in Ethiopia.
Referring to relations between the two countries, Abiy said, “Ethiopia and South Africa share strong and historic relations rooted in our common commitment to African solidarity, peace, development and a prosperous future for our continent.”
Abiy said they look forward to further deepening the partnership between the two countries and strengthening the bonds of friendship.
