Ukrainian President Zelensky announced the completion of debris and rubble clearance in Kyiv following yesterday's missile attacks.
Zelensky noted that efforts continue in Kherson after Russian bombs hit an oncology center. "Fortunately, there were no casualties; patients and medical staff were in shelters. This oncology center operated with limited capacity during the war, handling only procedures that could not be transferred to other hospitals in the region," he stated.
Highlighting that these deliberate attacks constitute an act of cruelty against humanity, Zelensky added: "Russian attacks also targeted Kharkiv, Nikopol, and the Donetsk region. This is deliberate and systematic terror. Yet, those responsible in the Russian air force for these atrocities are already being rewarded. However, they will inevitably be held accountable."
