In a statement from the IDF, it was reported that combat team soldiers from the Kafir Brigade under the command of the 162nd Division are continuing their operations in the northern Gaza Strip following the completion of the operation in Beit Lahia.

The statement noted that this morning, after receiving intelligence information about the infrastructure in the area, the forces began operations west of Beit Hanoun.

“Before the forces entered the area, Air Force fighter jets, combined with artillery fire from the 215th Fire Brigade, struck terrorist targets in the region, including concentrations of terrorism and terrorist infrastructures of the Palestinian Islamic Movement.”
