According to a statement by Qatar's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Qatar's Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani met with Saudi Arabian Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah Al-Saud.

During the meeting, the two sides discussed ways to strengthen cooperation between the two countries and develop joint efforts in various fields.

The meeting also reviewed the latest developments in the region, diplomatic efforts aimed at reducing tensions and strengthening security and stability, as well as developments in the Gaza Strip and the occupied Palestinian territories.

The parties emphasized the importance of continuing coordination and consultations between the two countries as part of efforts to strengthen regional security and stability. They also stressed the need to unite regional and international efforts to resolve disputes through diplomatic means and reduce tensions.
