Tsahkna and Qatari Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Al Muraikhi discuss security issues
New York, September 22 (Hibya) – Estonian Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna met with Qatar’s Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Sultan bin Saad Al Muraikhi on the sidelines of meetings of the 81st session of the United Nations General Assembly.

Tsahkna said the meeting addressed the shared security challenges facing Europe and the Gulf.
The meeting also covered the situation in the Middle East, cybersecurity and digitalization, strengthening cooperation between the Nordic-Baltic region and the Gulf, and the importance of multilateralism.
