Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese stated that there is no place for antisemitism in Australia.

Albanese said, “There is no place for antisemitism, hate, and violent ideologies in Australia.”

Highlighting the quick response of the Western Australia Police, Albanese said, “I was informed about the recent arrest in Western Australia by the AFP Commissioner and the Acting Premier of Western Australia. I commend the work of the Western Australia Police, who quickly identified this person and took immediate action.”

Regarding the support from federal agencies, Albanese added, “Through the Joint Counter Terrorism Team, federal agencies have provided full support to WAPOL.”
