Aliyev: Islamic Development Bank Group 2026 Annual Meetings commenced in Baku
Baku, June 18 (Hibya) – The opening ceremony of the 2026 Annual Meetings of the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) Group was held in Azerbaijan’s capital, Baku. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev attended the ceremony and delivered a speech.

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev attended the ceremony. As part of the opening program, a family photo with the participants was first taken.
Then, during the ceremony, the National Anthem of Azerbaijan was played and verses from the Qur'an were recited.
The program also included a promotional video about the Islamic Development Bank Group.
Following that, President Aliyev delivered a speech at the event.
