Tehran, February 2 (Hibya) - Iranian Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi met with Azerbaijan's Vice President Hekmat Hajiev.

During the meeting, Hajiev emphasized Azerbaijan's President's commitment to expanding relations between the two brotherly countries on the basis of mutual respect and trust. Araghchi, in turn, highlighted the numerous commonalities between Iran and the Republic of Azerbaijan, as well as the deep historical, cultural, religious, and familial ties between the two nations.
