Asian markets rose except for Hang Seng
Istanbul, June 22 (Hibya) - Asian markets showed a mixed performance during the trading session.
Asian markets displayed a mixed outlook during the trading session. While stock markets in Australia, Japan, India, and China posted gains, the Hong Kong market recorded losses.
In Japan, the Nikkei 225 index gained 1.86 percent to reach 72,572.22 points. In India, the NIFTY 50 index traded at 24,107.20 points, up 0.39 percent.
In China, the Shanghai Composite index rose 0.18 percent to 4,098.009 points, while the S&P/ASX 200 index ended the day unchanged (0.00 percent) at 8,829.00 points.
Hong Kong's Hang Seng Index (HSI) fell by 0.98 percent, closing the day at 23,690.86 points.
