Australian Foreign Minister Wong meets with Dutch Foreign Minister Veldkamp
Johannesburg, February 21 (Hibya) - Australian Foreign Minister Penny Wong met with Dutch Foreign Minister Caspar Veldkamp.
Minister Wong stated that the security of the Indo-Pacific region is increasingly linked to the security of the Euro-Atlantic region.
During the G20 summit in South Africa, she discussed with Minister Veldkamp the shared interests of Australia and the Netherlands and their efforts to ensure peace and stability.
“We are also working together to hold Afghanistan accountable under CEDAW for human rights violations against women and girls. And we remain committed to seeking truth, justice, and accountability for the victims of flight MH17.”
