Australian Foreign Minister Wong met with South Korean delegation
Adelaide, July 30 (Hibya) - Australian Foreign Minister Penny Wong met with South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol, South Korean Foreign Minister Cho Tae-yul, and female journalists.
Australian Foreign Minister Wong met with South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol and said, "South Korea is an important partner and close friend for Australia. It has shown great leadership in continuing its proactive foreign policy, strengthening relations with Japan and other partnerships."
Wong then met with South Korean Foreign Minister Cho Tae-yul to discuss South Korea's role in the future of security, economy, and energy.
Wong also met with Korean female journalists to discuss bilateral relations and the shared vision of Australia and South Korea for the region.
