Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesman Esmail Baghaei strongly condemned Israel’s attacks on residential areas in Beirut. These attacks coincided with International Quds Day and global reactions against the genocide and occupation in the occupied Palestinian territories.

Baghaei denounced the Zionist regime’s deadly action as a serious violation of Lebanon’s sovereignty and territorial integrity. He also reminded the United Nations and other ceasefire guarantors of their responsibilities, calling on the international community to act immediately and effectively to stop the continuous violations of the ceasefire.
