Berendsen: Strong ties support stability on a global scale
Amsterdam, July 24 (Hibya) - Dutch Foreign Minister Tom Berendsen announced that he met with ASEAN Secretary-General Kao Kim Hourn to discuss the development partnership and cooperation between the two sides.

Highlighting the regional and global impact of the partnership, Berendsen said: "Strong ties support stability, security, and prosperity in the Indo-Pacific region and around the world."
Sharing his expectations for the future of the relationship, Berendsen concluded: "I look forward to celebrating the 50th anniversary of EU-ASEAN relations next year."
