Black boxes of crashed plane in the U.S. recovered
Washington, January 31 (Hibya) - The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) announced that the flight data recorders and cockpit voice recorders of the American Airlines plane that collided with a military helicopter have been recovered.
The NTSB stated on Thursday that it is too early to determine the causes of the disaster, but promised to release a preliminary report within 30 days.
The initial investigation focuses on a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) report, which noted that the controller responsible for managing both helicopters and planes was operating under "abnormal" conditions.
