Canadian Prime Minister Carney speaks with European Council President Costa
Ottawa, May 1 (Hibya) – Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney held a phone call with European Council President Antonio Costa.
Prime Minister Carney spoke with President Costa about strengthening the close economic and trade relations between Canada and the European Union.
In a statement regarding the call, Carney said: “As long-term and reliable partners, I am pleased to work with him to achieve our common goals that serve the interests of both Canada and the EU.”
