Spokesperson Li Ming stated today that, upon the request of the Myanmar government, China will send not only the 100 million yuan aid package but also search and rescue teams, tents, blankets, food, and drinking water.
The first batch of aid supplies from China is planned to be sent to Myanmar on March 31, and additional aid will be provided as needed.
