Croatian Foreign Minister Gordan Grlić Radman shared his wishes for the new year in his Christmas message.

Radman said, "Dear Croats, my dear fellow citizens in our homeland and around the world. Christmas reminds us of the power of unity, respect, and responsibility toward each other."

Highlighting that these values are at the heart of Croatian foreign policy, Radman said, "These values lie at the heart of Croatian foreign policy, and we represent them every day in our discussions with our international partners."

Radman emphasized the special importance given to Croats in Bosnia and Herzegovina, saying, "Next year, we will give special attention to the Croats in Bosnia and Herzegovina, who are one of the three founding nations and one of the pillars of this state. Full equality for Bosnia and Herzegovina, its legitimate political representation, and its European path remain a permanent priority for the Republic of Croatia."

Radman concluded his statement with, "May this Christmas inspire us to be bearers of peace, solidarity, and hope in our families, communities, and the world around us. Merry Christmas and a happy and successful 2026!"
