Declines Observed in U.S. Stock Markets
Istanbul, June 18 (Hibya) – U.S. markets showed a selling trend during the week’s trading day.
U.S. markets experienced a negative trend during the week’s trading day. All major monitored indices recorded declines.
The Dow Jones (DJIA) index fell 0.98% to 51,492.55 points. The S&P 500 index lost 1.21%, closing at 7,420.10 points.
The NASDAQ index dropped 1.34% to 26,021.656 points, while the NASDAQ 100 fell 0.99% to 29,670.948 points.
The Russell 2000 (RUSS 2K) index declined 0.72%, ending the day at 2,917.982 points.
