Dollar gains strength in foreign exchange market
Istanbul, Oct. 6 (Hibya) - In the foreign exchange market, the dollar/Turkish lira rose 0.08 percent, while the euro lost 0.02 percent and sterling declined 0.01 percent against the dollar. The dollar/yen pair increased by 0.15 percent.
In the foreign exchange market, the euro/dollar pair traded at 1.1219, down 0.02 percent. The dollar/yen pair rose to 158.14, gaining 0.15 percent.
The sterling/dollar pair fell 0.01 percent to 1.3217, while the dollar/Turkish lira climbed 0.08 percent to 49.1697.
