Jerusalem, February 4 (Hibya) - Israeli diplomat Gilad Erdan stated that US President Donald Trump's decision to cut the budget of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) once again is an important decision.
Israeli diplomat Gilad Erdan emphasized that US President Donald Trump's decision to cut UNRWA's budget once again is an important decision, adding: "President Trump's decision to cut the budget of the terrorist organization UNRWA once again and withdraw the United States from the so-called 'UN Human Rights Council,' which is in fact a council of dictators, is an important and dramatic decision made after the US withdrawal from the World Health Organization."
Erdan also stated:
"This decision shows that the President has a deep understanding; he realizes that the UN and its agencies currently do not serve the world but rather primarily serve dictators and terrorist organizations. I hope that the Prime Minister will bring up the necessity of completely halting US support for the UN at tomorrow's meeting, which could save 19 billion dollars annually and strengthen the US's position and influence against many countries. Thank you."
