EU Commission Vice President Kallas: EU is strengthening submarine security
Brussels, February 21 (Hibya) - The EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and Vice President of the European Commission, Kaja Kallas, announced that the European Union is enhancing submarine security.
Kallas stated:
"Today, we are taking steps to impose sanctions on saboteurs, deter adversaries, and, when necessary, mobilize our military and civilian capacities. This also includes increasing funds allocated for protecting critical infrastructure."
