EU High Representative Kallas met with Syrian Foreign Minister Al-Sheybani
Brussels, January 12 (Hibya) - The European Union High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, and Vice President of the European Commission, Kaja Kallas, met with Syria's Interim Foreign Minister Esaad Hasan Al-Sheybani.

Kallas stated that it is time for Syria's new leadership to realize the hopes they have created through a peaceful and inclusive transition that protects all minorities. She added: "Later, we will discuss with the EU Foreign Ministers how to ease sanctions."
