EU lowers flags to half-mast in solidarity with the Swedish people
Brussels, February 5 (Hibya) - European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen announced that the flags were lowered to half-mast in solidarity with the Swedish people following the Örebro massacre.
Von der Leyen stated that the flags were lowered in support of Sweden.
Expressing her condolences to the victims' families, she said: "We are there too."
