Prime Minister Tusk stated that together with French President Emmanuel Macron, German Bundestag President Friedrich Merz, UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer, and Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni, they listened to Zelenski's views and prepared a joint statement.

Tusk said: "As European leaders, we assessed the results of the meeting between US President Donald Trump and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenski in Alaska."

He emphasized that the discussions held after the meeting once again demonstrated the importance of coordination among leaders and international cooperation.
