Deniz polisinden Adalar çevresinde 'deniz taksi' denetimi

Leaders of the center-right European People's Party (EPP), Socialists, and centrist Renew group, who together hold 56% of the 720 parliamentary seats, reached a compromise on Wednesday to ensure approval of von der Leyen's nominees in next week's vote.

Von der Leyen has chosen 26 European commissioners to lead EU policies on climate crisis, competition, trade, industry, agriculture, and nature, but the entire team must be approved in a single vote by European Parliament members, expected to take place next Wednesday.

According to the agreement reached on Wednesday, the three groups agreed that "rule of law, a pro-Ukraine stance, and a pro-European approach are fundamental elements of our cooperation."

The party leaders' agreement does not guarantee every vote, so the commission will seek support from the European Conservatives and Reformists and the Greens.

French Socialist MEP Christophe Clergeau announced he would vote against the commission, condemning "the approval of a far-right vice-president of the commission," referring to Fitto.

Von der Leyen pledged during her first 100 days to present plans for a clean industrial strategy that provides good jobs and prepares the EU to achieve net-zero emissions by 2050, a white paper on European defense, and plans on agriculture, artificial intelligence, and the bloc's expansion readiness.
