European stock markets closed with mixed performance
Istanbul, July 17 (Hibya) - European markets ended the trading day with mixed performance. The UK's FTSE 100 index advanced, while Italy's FTSE MIB edged lower. The STOXX Europe 600, Germany's DAX, and France's CAC 40 indices closed largely unchanged.

In the United Kingdom, the FTSE 100 index rose 0.54 percent to 10,572.24 points. In Italy, the FTSE MIB index slipped 0.07 percent to 52,373.96 points.
The pan-European STOXX Europe 600 index remained flat at 643.73 points, while Germany's DAX closed at 24,915.49 points and France's CAC 40 ended the day at 8,377.86 points with no significant change.
