Croatian Foreign Minister Gordan Grlić Radman met with Albania's Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs Igli Hasani during his official visit to Albania.

During the meeting, the parties reaffirmed the traditional friendship and close relations between Croatia and Albania, while Croatia reiterated its support for Albania's accession process to the European Union and its commitment to the EU's merit-based enlargement policy.

The ministers also discussed developing economic cooperation, strengthening transport links, energy and infrastructure projects, cooperation in the field of defense, as well as joint efforts in security, migration management and the protection of the Adriatic Sea.
